O-Mec Technology, a spin-off company from Qingdao NovelBeam Technology Co., Ltd. (founded in 2003), was established in 2010 as an independent legal entity with its full commitment to exclusively serve the Endoscopy industry.
Our Vision is to provide world-wide availability of new, enabling Endoscopy functions through the integration of our innovative LED and laser based illumination in combination with our advancements in classical imaging.
O-Mec is committed to speeding up global adoption of beneficial Endoscopy technology by addressing long-time industry problems, namely, reducing costs while improving performance. O-Mecs core competency is Optics and this plays a vital role in Endoscopy performance while dominating its cost structure.
O-Mec views the Endoscopy industry from a completely different perspective compared to the current companies in the field. We design, manufacture, and assemble everything in-house including optics, optical components, coatings, mechanical parts, and electronics. We seamlessly integrate these into our novel illumination designs. This business model allows O-Mec to provide products with enhanced functions, increased system performance, and decreased system costs.
